Cancellation

SCOFFEE does not allow the return or exchange of its products, with the exception of products that arrive to you damaged only.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about buying. If you change your mind before receiving your order, you only need to contact customer service to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it, provided that your order has not already been executed.
In the event that this happens and the cancellation is accepted, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In all cases, you can always contact our customer service, they will be happy to assist you.
